The Allama Iqbal Community Centre is available for private hire throughout the week and at weekends. There are two main meeting rooms, a kitchen with all amenities, an entrance foyer and three toilets, one of which is wheelchair accessible and includes a baby change station. There is car parking at the rear for approximately 8 vehicles. The entrance and the centre space is all wheelchair accessible.
The centre can be used for charitable and community purposes within the local and surrounding areas. It is suitable for all sorts of activities which include, but are not limited to, meetings of clubs and societies, youth groups, training or workshops, creative activities and fitness sessions. It is also available for children’s parties and other celebrations but alcohol is strictly not permitted on the premises.
Charges as of October 2022 are
- £30/hour for the main hall which includes kitchen access where needed
- £15/hour for the smaller meeting room/classroom
- £50/hour for private parties which includes access for both rooms and kitchen.

The Centre is available for hire daily from 8 am to 11 pm, unless it is already booked – please contact us at the above email for availability. On public holidays the centre is closed.
