We offer motivating health and fitness classes for women in our local and surrounding areas. Our friendly and welcoming atmosphere provides ladies with the ideal environment to reach their fitness goals efficiently and comfortably. The hall is screened to allow for private workout zones and our teachers are all fully qualified instructors and first aid trained. We provide regular free classes and when these are unavailable a low-cost alternative. Our classes book up quickly so please get in touch to find out when the next sessions are running. We ask all attendees to fill out a Par-Q form and to let us know of any health issues prior to the first session. To join our fitness waiting list please email us.
